Rolla Federal Credit Union, in compliance with the Gramm-Leach-Biley Privacy Act, will:

•	Collect nonpublic, personal information from members and the following sources:
	º	Information from members on applications or other forms
	º	Information about member transactions with us or others
	º	Information we receive from a consumer reporting agency
•	Not disclose any nonpublic information about the member to anyone, except as permitted by law.
•	Restrict access to personal information and account information to employees. We will maintain physical, electronic and procedural federal regulations to guard nonpublic information.

It will be policy of the Rolla Federal Credit Union to mail privacy notices to the members in March of every year. This policy began in March 2001 and continues every March thereafter.
