Members and non-members have contacted us to let us know a recorded message is contacting them on their cell phones saying their debit card has been de-activated. The message goes on to instruct them to call a number back to re-activate the card.

Please do not call the number in the recorded message. This is a scam where fraudsters will try to get your personal information and steal your identity. If you have any questions, please contact us. We appreciate your cooperation while we handle this issue.
