Phishing Scam Alert!

Several members of Rolla Federal Credit Union have reported receiving phone calls (often on their cell phone) allegedly from the credit union. The caller says there is a problem with their RFCU debit or credit card, then directs the members to call the “National Service Center” to verify their account information.

Please do not respond to this phone call, or to any similar request via e-mail! The phone call is not from the credit union. It is from scammers trying to steal your account information.

Consumers from across the nation have reported similar scams at their financial institution. If you receive such a phone call or e-mail, please call us immediately at 573-308-3113. In the future, if you receive a phone call from RFCU and you are not familiar with the employee’s name, hang up and call us back at 573-308-3113.
